Why learn trauma-informed hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a state of relaxed, focused concentration that anyone can learn to access. When we are in a hypnosis state, we not only feel calmer, but we are better able to integrate information from both the logical and emotional regions of the brain.

This improved brain connectivity allows us to grasp new perspectives, influence the nervous system, and change the way we feel, think, and react more easily.

In fact, clinical researchers have reported that hypnosis enhances the effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy by as much as 66-70% so patients get better results in shorter periods of time. (See Ramondo, Gignac, Pestell, and Byre, 2021)

Clients usually enjoy clinical hypnosis because it’s a pleasant experience and gives them a tool they can use to ease pain, calm anxiety, manage cravings and boost motivation. Rather than leave sessions feeling drained, clients will leave your sessions feeling relaxed and uplifted. Whether you are new to hypnosis or have had prior hypnosis training, we’ll teach you how to harness the power of clinical hypnosis to transform patient outcomes.
